Built so the person who knows the project best can ship the change
Quixis is an AI coding agent for product and project managers, built by Scopic. It works inside your tracker and your repository, so a request becomes working, reviewable software without a handoff.
Every small change was waiting in line
Scopic has been building and maintaining software for clients since 2006. Across that work, we kept seeing the same pattern. A PM understands exactly what needs to change, writes it up as a ticket, and then waits for a developer to be free. For the steady stream of fixes, tweaks and improvements that fill every maintenance backlog, it is slow, expensive and frustrating for everyone involved. Automating that software maintenance work is what Quixis is for.
So we built Quixis for ourselves first. We ran it on our own backlog, with real tickets and real codebases, and refined it until the output was something a team would actually trust. Then we opened it up to the teams we work with.
Faster delivery, with the guardrails intact
PMs decide, developers stay focused
Every task reaches the PM first. They choose what needs a developer and what Quixis can deliver on its own, so engineers spend their time on the hard problems.
Speed is only useful if it is shippable
Quixis reads your repository, follows your conventions, writes tests and iterates until CI passes. What comes back is meant for production, not a demo.
Humans stay in control
Work runs in an isolated sandbox, never on production. Changes go to staging or arrive as a pull request, and Quixis never merges its own PR. Any task can be rolled back in one click.
Every change is explainable
Full traceability from ticket to code means anyone on the team can see what was changed and why.
A delivery layer, not another chat window
Quixis is a JIRA AI agent that does more than read tickets. A PM assigns a task, Quixis analyzes the codebase, plans the change, implements it, runs the tests and delivers the result to staging. When the PM is happy, they deploy from the platform. We call this PM engineering: putting engineering skills at a PM's fingertips.
It handles bug fixes, small features, UI changes, refactors and configuration updates. It can also investigate issues, suggest fixes, outline specs and help plan larger features, using attachments such as screenshots, specs and logs for context.
Works with
- Jira
- GitHub, GitLab, Gitea and Bitbucket
- Your existing CI and staging pipeline
Teams where requests outpace developer time
Product and project managers
Answer stakeholders with a result instead of another status update.
Engineering leads and CTOs
Protect developer focus without giving up review, testing and approval gates.
Businesses with software in maintenance
Get steady small improvements without a large ongoing development budget.
Between your PM tool and your IDE
Most PM tools plan and organize the work and stop at the ticket. Vibe coding tools generate code quickly but sit outside your process. Quixis is the Jira Rovo alternative that goes further: it takes the ticket as input and returns reviewed, tested code through the pipeline you already use. It is agentic software development with the guardrails your team already follows.
Twenty years of shipping software
Scopic is a global software and design agency founded in 2006, delivering custom software, AI, and web and mobile products. Quixis comes from that day-to-day delivery experience, not from a lab. It is built by people who maintain client software every week and know what a trustworthy change looks like.
